just a quick question, i just had my full system exhaust changed by me and my friend and i just wanted to know what is the TORQUE SETTING of the honda civic 03. im just scared to over tighten the bolts and all, also worrying about damaging the thread of the bolts. Thunder is the name of the system if anyone knows please reply me back ASAP. Thankz!

In addition to that... can you please provide the whole car's torque setting if you could but if not just the headers and the whole exhaust system's torque setting just really urgent and important! Thankz again!

need someone with a manual.
Just tighten them to the manufactures spec.

Wish i could help. I would be able to check the manual for a EG/DC but not a 03 civic.
im sure someone could provide you the info though.

If it were me id just do them tight (about 75-100nm) im just lazy though haha

Here! (http://www.highaltitudeimports.com/t16461-post-your-online-manuals-and-info-links-here.html) Grab the manual for your car.

Manifold bolts to head: 23 ft lbs
Collector to manifold bolts: 33 ft lbs
Collector to cat: 16 ft lbs
Cat to rear pipe: 25 ft lbs
Rear pipe to muffler: 16 ft lbs
Manual section 9

That's out of my Integra manual but I bet it's close to any honda for torque specs.
