there would be a shitload more paper work to do and depending on how the site is run I dont think the owners could be bothered ;)

We could but there is too much involved. I know what we would have to do and it's not just the paper work that is discouraging but the folding stuff ($$$) involved.

really? how much does it cost? i thought it was only the ppl who go for the license? or does ozhonda actually have to pay?

1. gives us opportunity to go for racing license with friendly people

2. gives recognition to the ozhonda as a legitimate club

Gary - u can join Honda Sports Car Club, VIC aka HSCCVIC . Go to www.honda.com.au and look for it. I'm pretty sure there's a link there for it. :)

Give it time. I believe that we can get there... :)

It costs a lot. You have to become Incorporated before even thinking of applying for CAMS affiliation and even that costs money. There are also legal issues that have to be addressed. In short, it costs too much money which is why there are only select car clubs that are affiliated and this is why people join them.

If you just want a CAMS license for yourself, join HSCCV and you will then be able to participate in track days and stuff.
