Hi pplz,

I'm looking to do a rear disc conversion on my EJ8 coupe with 96 model ITR parts. I have done a search, and came up with this thread.
http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35206&page=2&highlight=ek+civic+rear+disc

What I need is confirmation for all the parts required.

- ITR trailing arm x 2 (or can I use any trailing arm?)
- Emergency brake cables x 2
- Proportioning valve
- Master cylinder
- ITR caliper x 2
- ITR disc rotor x 2
- ITR OEM brake pads x 2
- ITR brake lines x 2 (maybe stainless?)

Is there anything else to consider? I'll be using this for mainly street driving, with occasional spirited driving (RNP, OP etc).

Thanks in advance.

u do know that the 96 spec ITR has different stud pattern to your stock civic stud patter
they are 4x114
and your civic has 4x100
so you'll be having mismatching thread sizes both front and back
but if your changing the front to 96 ITR spec it'll be okay
though finding rims with 4x114 size is hard..
you'll have to find rims that the S13,180sx use

I'm using multi-stud wheels, so that should be fine.

heheheh yeah it would if you used multistud wheels. But kinda a waste, if only you where in brisbane i would swap you with 4x100 rear brakes.

Spoke to Honbits yesterday, apparently the ABS version (which I require) is double the price! Something about different trailing arms, ABS lines? Can anyone confirm the difference?
