Hi guys
I know a few of you have done the 5 lug conversion or 4 lug conversion from a ITR to an EK hatch, don't hide cos i seen you guys driving around.

Now just wanted to check with you all.

1) Does this affect your front ABS brakes?
2) Does the CV splines line up back into the ITR hubs?
3) In the rear part does it fit onto the EK lower control arms?

Any help would be appreciated. Also if there is anything else i should know before trying the conversion

abs lines just plug up if it was originaly equiped with abs
98+ itr hubs are 36mm cvs so you need to change because eks are 32mm
should be no problems if you get the whole arm and hub
best find 96+ civic type r becos the have 32mm cv's
good luck finding a set but

what about the 96 ITR does it have the same size CVs?
Will just mean that i have 4 x 114 but that's fine

lan's correct. But it's only JDM 98 spec that is 36mm, aussie still 32mm. All others will fit with your current CV's.

just on another note, there is really no point to changing to 96 spec unless you're doin it just for different wheel selection. The brake size is the same as what you already got in your EK4.

All answers are spot on.
With the rear it should all bolt up no worries...
Just get the whole rear trailing arms
