New Baby Delivered Friday

Hi all.

Just saying hi. Have been reading around the forum for a while, so figured I'd introduce the new "baby".

Say hi to Max (wife named it because she liked the Maxima :o ). He was delivered on Friday, weighing 3174lb 10oz and 184 inches long.

Both Mum & Dad are very happy and Dad is particularly looking forward to bringing Max home mid-week.

It's a Euro Luxury (Alabaster Silver)...complete with Prestomatic gearbox, Rear impact protection unit (tow pack), wife bumper protection system (reverse parking sensors), and MP3 player.

Not planning to mod...if I wanted outright speed and mod-ability I would've gotten an XR6 Turbo. Rather decent build and luxuriousness.

whats a prestomatic?

just a glorified tiptronic-y auto?

or something more? akin to dsg, etc?

Just the standard auto that's in the Euro (tiptronic). Going from a manual to this gearbox is a dream, hence Prestomatic.
