I recently got a wheel alignment and the guy said one of my front wheels was sitting at -2 degrees camber. He said to get a camber kit, but i dont wanna pay for it and then find out that there is something wrong and i didnt need it.

i was wondering if this was a result of lowering the car(its only bin lowered bout an inch by previous owner), whether there might be something wrong with the suspension?

If anyone had any suggestions on what it might be its much appreciated.

cheers

ok, cause i heard lowering the car gives positive camber not negative, is this right?

lowering = negative camber. wheels tuck in.

Is it happenin on all of your wheels or just one???

If its only on one wheel its something bad, but if its the whole front end or the whole rear end its the natural camber issue with honda suspension.

Lowering the car will give more negative camber. The money you spend on the camber kit will pay for itself in preventing premature tyre wear.

I bought a Camber Kit today

I had my rear left sitting at -4.5 and my rear right at -3.5

I'm going through tyres like there is no tomorrow, like arrong said it will pay for itself

It looks increasing likely that I need a camber kit for the rear as the insides of my tyres are wearing out a lot quicker than the outside.

Any recommendations?

Ferrarista: If you don't mind me asking, what brand of camber kit did you get and how much did it set you back roughly?

frahmy: What brand's the WL kit? And how much did it set you back?

Cheers guys!
