Hey guys just wondering if the ECU may stop the injector not injecting or would it be wiring?

i would it isnt blocked because all 4 are? to much of a coincidence!

probably faulty injector, could be a connection, very unlikely but not ruling out faulty driver in the ECU

check all your connectors and injector resistor.
