d-series manifold gasket

hey guys, are all d-series manifold gaskets (including the ZC) the same?
going by TODA AU post (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showpost.php?p=707442&postcount=7) would it be correct?

also, are the manifold gaskets meant to line up with the header exactly or be a little small or large?

here's a pic of a SOHC header with a ZC DOHC gasket.

as you can see, bad fitment, that's what it's like with the headers i have and gasket but visa-versa, the gasket is overhanging the header.. is it ok for the gasket to be too big?

ive got stock exhaust gasket with after market headers. the holes all line up on the inside but it over hangs on the top a little in some places
