There is water in my headlights, about 3 - 4 cm high. Took off front bumper bar , unbolted headlights etc, and took 99% of the water out. Read some threads on ozhonda about to dry the inside using a hair dryer, did that, really didn't do much, but anways, woke up this morning, and now my lights are fogged up...how can i get rid of it, without ripped things apart from the headlights ? If there is no alternative, then how can i get rid of the fog....thanks guys!

I took care of mine the easy way, found a small drill bit, like a 1/16", and put a hole at the bottom of the lenses. No more water!

As above!!
Let the sun do its job :)
take it apart... clean it ... and re-seal it with silicon... that way no more water issue in the future

Is there a webpage or directions on how to take apart the head lights, i was looking at it yesterday and it looked pretty damn tight to me...

You could probably just add silicone to the seal around the outside. Wouldn't look very neat though. To get them apart you'll probably need to heat them up and carefully prise them apart. I just used the oven. About 100 deg sitting on a piece of wet cardboard. I had the door open slightly open too so the heat didn't get too intense. Keep checking every few minutes.

Let the sun evaporate the droplets away, THEN re-silicon the lights.

thanks guys, one more question
QBALL, why would i get the sun to evaporate the sun droplets? why not wipe them if the headlights are going to be apart. Unless you mean something else?

qball was referrring if u dun want to apart ur headlight...
i did the oven method with my family MDX headlight...(bought this OEM headlight from the States and there was water marks inside the housing)
and yeah... the silicon will soften and then u have to peel the unit apart using say a flat head screwdriver... u may not be able to peel all the way through on first time... just put it back into oven again...

leav the car in the sun with the headlight baulbs out so air flow and evaporation can happen
the condensation want go away of the air cant escape from inside the light

wiping it may not get every last droplet..
whereas leaving them in the sun will ensure no vapour whatsoever
