I read/heard somewhere that the B18CR pistons are forged?
But somehow I think that wasn't completely true?

Can someone please let me know

I am having an arguement with someone about this, and they are saying they aren't forged, and not to believe everything on the net

Any other specs on it to prove they are forged?

By saying B18CR, He is meaning all the B18C Type R motors: C5, C7 etc....

I have an original pdf of the technical spec of the DC2R that was sent out to the dealers.

It lists all the specific differences between the DC2R and VTIR, if anyone wants it post up an e mail addy and ill send it

Factory P73 pistons are CAST so who ever told you different is a dreamer.
