Hi guys my sister has a 94 vti accord and she has noticed her front left wheel makes a clunking noise. However, the noise is not always there. What do you think it could be? could it ber her shocker, drive shaft, loose camber, or even a loose brake pad. ect

well if the noise happens when she it turing or accelerating then it will most likely be her CV joints have gone.......

hey her car has done about 140,000ks. I dont think it is her drive shaft though. Could it be something loose or do you think her shocker has gone? But the noise does not always happen:/

When does it happen? When she's taking off. When she's braking. Cruising at speed. Is it repetitive? Or just clunks once and dosn't do it for a while. Need more info. First/easiest thing I'd check is the lug nuts

I have a similar problem...Replaced the cv joints and the sound was still there.
Im thinking either wheel bearings or aftermarket sway bar issues! Will report back on wednesday!
