Yep it should still be very close to 1290kg, maybe 1300kg depending on the differences.

Mine use to be Auto but it has a H22A Accord SiR Engine conversion and a manual conversion as well. so would it be 1320kg or 1290kg?

Both are 2.2L engines so yeh I imagine it should be close to 1290kg-1300kg

If you need the exact weight, then find out how heavy both engines+gearboxes are and calculate the difference.
