I have a MY06 Accord Euro std with the accessory fog lamps dealer fitted when new. One of them has been broken by a flying rock so now has water inside.
I have contacted 2 different dealers and they both say that the only way i can buy the lamp is to buy the accessory kit of 2 lamps complete with switch and everything again. The price was about $230 inc gst.
Apparently the kit is sourced by Honda in Australia and the light is different from the one fitted to the luxury model. That one retails for about $250 each.
Even though i can buy the kit at a cheaper price that the individual lamp from the luxury, it still seems unfair that i have to purchase a whole kit.
Can anyone help with suggestions on obtaining the individual light or anything else that may help?
Thanks in advance.

You could buy a cheap set of similar sized foggies from ebay, cut of the cables and connect them to the existing wiring. Fitment/mounting may be a problem though.

Fog light kit with switch and wiring is only $230?!! Are you sure about that - as that is very cheap.
As for single lamps - they are definately available in the USA. Acura of Escondido (on ebay) sells OEM lamps for $100US each including new globe.

i won em at autosalon.. lol, which is wierd, becuase my mate had a stand there for em, there was a competition where you just put your detials down, and the end of auto auto salon, i decided to put my entry in for fun... but ended up winning it. lol.
lol
my mate invented em.. years ago lol. well made them for automotive use..
they were hand made, and were $650 for a set then. his business is called outsight.
the bigger ones he had was good, i had 1 led lamps, and it produced alot of light for what it was, he hadn 3 and 5 led setups as well, they also came with like a ballast looking box thing.
