As this has gone off topic, I am going to close this thread.

There are a number of things you need to think about.

What car is going into?
What are you looking to achieve with the vehicle?
Will the engine be modified or stock?
Do you have the required funds?
etcBest bet is to start by searching here and then trying some of the other big US sites.
