CTR Header vs Standard b16 Header

hey guys,

was wondering if you could tell me if it is worth me putting on a civic type r header n downpipe vs a standard b16 header. will there be much power increase or any?

it's worth it, integra or civic headers are very good quality. 4-1 with a nice big collector, they are alot better then the cast b16a's

i think you should save up abit more and get a good after market rather than spending on stock parts...anyway, thats how i feel...

in my opinion, the only stock header that's worthwhile getting is the OEM JDM 4-1 header..

if any other stock header, save your money and get something aftermarket that maximises your potential..

not really much diff in the CTR and the b16 header except the slightly larger collect. They look almost identical. For the effort your not gonna make much maybe 1-2kw if your lucky.

The JDM ITR header is alot better 4-1. Otherwise go for a good aftermarket 4-2-1. (Most other 4-1s sit too low for a b16)

Its not hard to whack it on yourself. Throw it on, see what you think and if its shit take it off and sell it.

Hey I've got a set of RSR 4-2-1 headers on my ef8 sir and I was just wondering if you guys had seen them anywhere. I can't seem to find any info on them at all
