DC2 Bonnet

Hey guys and girls

as some of you may know, i smashed my DC2R and now am in need of parts.

I called up a wrecker and they told me they had silver dc2 bonnet immac cond for $125. I was just wondering, because i know there was a facelift for the DC2, but not sure where the bonnet was changed, also would the dc2 bonnet fit onto the DC2R with no problems?

the DC was updated in 1998.

Afaik there is no difference between pre and post facelifted bonnets anyway.

gosh $125 bonnets from wreckers is cheap..i call up a wrecker and he charged me $375 for the bonnet

doubt it, the jdm type r might have an ally bonnet but thats not the same as the audm type r.

so bonnets are all the same for the DC2, regardless GSI, VTi-R or Type R and pre and post facelift?

Just want to confirm because don't want to buy a VTi-R bonnet that won't fit on my R.
