you need to get an engineer to do this not the rta or a mechanic
and they still have guidlines to follow they cant just say the car is allowe dto be loud how many DB is it?

Give them a call; make sure you list all your modifications.

You probably can just get the exhaust done but it won't be very cost effective. Would probably be cheaper to get more than one thing done. Will be even less cost effective if it turns out they won't approve it. They're under no obligation to approve it just becuase you've taken it there.

yea i understand that

what things do i need to consider before i take it there as in :
fix up......
also what costs do u think i up 4 if they approve it

Tell them what modifications you want engineered; they'll give you a quote.

Wait till you finish; then engineer it.

you can engineer almost anything so long as you have the $$$

But usually get all your work done and then engineer cos its only one cost.

u maybe could pass emissions for POD, i almost did, but iv got a high flow cat and Headers, and managed to just fail, but im stil waiting on my engineer to see if his goin to pass it, go do an emissions test and be as stock as possible ;)

Get the dB level checked;
They may all be Civic parts, but they aren't stock, are they?

Why Engineer? o.0 Just make sure your pod is legal; lol.
I thought you had much more than that.

all my other mods are for handling...

only the pod for power/efficiency... thats all... wats a pod like 2-5kw???

they can test the emissions from your exhaust.. if your running a test pipe they can defect you for not running a cat converter.. and that fine is very very big...

best way to clear an engineer cert or mod plate is wat its called in qld.. you talk to the engineer first about the mods you want to do and find out waht is legal and wat is illegal so you save your time buying the wrong parts ...
