Ok i wanna get a better console so my quick question is
can u fit the EK/EM consoles onto an EG?

i'm talking abt the bit under the HU and infront of the gear shift.

If not does anyone have a good pic of the front console for the EG6 and EG9/EH9?

Its not spacificly the EG-6/9 console you want, its the stereo optioned EG concole you want, with the graphic equaliser and CD holder. These EG's came out with Tweaters and 2 more rear speakers and stacker as well.

i have an audio console in my eg hatchback.
brought it off Ebay america required minor adjustments though seeing as it was made for a US spec honda (Left Hand Drive)
looks and works alright though,

hmmm i was led to believe that the console had a cup holder

or is that only on the Si that has the cup holder?

no the center console with cup holders is the standard australian model console, I have a part of that but not the cup holder section.

i had no cup holder in my GL
but the vti had a standard cup holder,
the audio console covers where the cup holder would originally be,
comes right out to gear stick.

my vti has the cup holders...i reckon they're the best invention.. :) i like the look of the add on console bit but i don't wanna lose the cup holders...hard choice

my Eg Vti has cup holders. If I go through drive thru there is no where to put a cup safely unless its in your croch :P

cup holds are cool, mkay!

but it would be nice to have more space to put stuff in the console, the funny coin holder below the ash tray is crap!!!

usually i wedge it between the passenger seat and the handbrake

which ain;t the best solution

i do the old handbrakey passenger seaty trick too.
But one day my chocolate shake spilt now my civic has a constant aroma of old milk. No ambi pur gonna get rid of that stench

I just drive around with one hand :P changing gears and turning gets a little hairy but hey its a honda so i just keep reving :P

had that problem with coke instead of choco milk, one day decided to take out the covering ard the gearbox and foudn out everythign underneath was covered in sticky coke

all clean now =)
