Good qaulity parts come with instructions...

It does come with instructions but does not have one for the jazz it self as the item is universal, and yes i do have to locate the air inlet manifold to install it which was advice on the instruction book.

i remember seeing this in another sellers area in ebay... he had a breakdown of what it looked like inside....

it allows un-metered air into your car = LEAN = not too good if it can't be controlled properly... kinda like an EGR system but functions on WOT too and is an open system.

in all honesty that $20 is better spent on a higher octane petrol.

in all honesty i have much respect for Honda's considering some of the beastly ones on here... this just adds "rice factor" no offence or "wank factor" whichever is prefered.

not saying this product does wonders, all i want to do is install it and found out from my self but need someone to help to locate the air inlet manifold.

it has a feature which you need to turn to let more air in or block the air out if that is the metered air you are talking about?...

wank or rice, everyone has all these factor in their cars! including those nice shiney paint jobs and bodykits. (no offence taken)

mate i wasn't tryna stir ya.. it's coz i care....

yes technically it can give you more power...
- more air = more fuel = bigger combustion = slightly more power
- more UNMETERED air = leaner A/F mix = dangerous slight power increase

not sure if JAZZ is AFM based or MAP based... if its the latter then don't worry about the (un)metered air issue.

realise also that the air going in through that is un-filtered... follow a ute with an uncovered sandload and say good buy to your engine.

the device requires it be plumbed into the air intake hose or plenum via a vac line.

but to answer your original question, you can plumb it to that thin hose between the top 2 arrow going down... however i'm assuming thats conencted to the plenum as some sort of recirculator or vaccuum....
