Is anyone using mobile one silver 5w-50 for their coupe?

Please do a search. It's been asked at least twice in the noob forum.
And no, don't use 5w-50 if your engine is in good condition. Use Mobil Gold 10w-30 instead. Or Castrol Edge 0w-40 or Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40.

Alternatively if you are rich, go Motul 300V or turbolight.
