GSi is 100 x 4 holes

the best offset of honda integra ( without or less chances to scratch ur roll guard plastic ) is +42....

16" will make ur integra more flexibility handling during driving or cornering ...

17" more sexy and can install bigger calipers ( Brembo , Endless etc )

5 spokes makes more sporty ( depend on what u want to make ur car looks like ... ) , plus ez to make ppl catch attension to ur caliper if u install some sexy caliper in future......

nornally , my personal suggest is 16 " and with 5 spokes . good for handling
( the disadvantage of this setup is hard to install a bigger caliper )

But if ur beast is very high power ( turbocharged ) , then u can go for 17" , coz u will need a better braking power....

so , good luck to u , :)

are you saying that 17"" bad for handling?

are you saying that 17"" bad for handling?

17" will make ur car lose abit of take off power if u play with ur mate with static start , coz our honda engines r small displacements engines.

unless u convert ur beast from NA to turbo , then it might be another story...coz now u got a bigger torque and more power to pull a heavier rim.

The ratio of our car is 1 : 10 of bottom and upper part of our car.

Example : if lost 1 kg of ur rim = 10 kg lighter from ur car body...;)

But as l know , our honda cars r famous with handling section . so we should increase our handling section not decrease it..... ( agree ? :) )

hopefully u get what l mean.... :)

my personal recomend :

1.5L or below ---- 15"

between 1.5 L to 1.8L ---- 16"

2.0L or above ---- 17"

or else u could go to here to check it out by urself which l found in currently and has been put into the sticky of suspension /handling forum of Ozhonda.

http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=54249

this website called the wheel and tyre bible ,

it will help u to know more about the important of tyre and rim in handling section :)

Mod's : if this post consider is a hi-jet post , plz let me know . coz l dun want to against the Ozhonda rules. sorry in advance :(

hey thanx for ur reply.. good one too. i agree with ur ratio's. for me im driving dc2 96 thats like 1.8L a guy is selling me 17" but if i were to get a 16" wat tyres you recommend sizes (eg. 205/50/16; 205/40/16) n offsets best suit this car?

does offsets make a big difference to a car.. (eg. say 40+ and 42+ does it make a big difference?)

UNDER ROADWORTHY and ADR ( Australia Design Rules ) APPROVED:

Tyre size recomended : Note: assume ur rims width is 7J.

17" - 205/40/17

16" - 205/45/16

15" - 195/55/15

 Note : Speedmeter reading with non-stock tyres are 1.3% too fast.

Example : when your speedo read 100 km/h , u r actually travelling 98.7 km/h
when your speedo read 60 km/h , u r actually travelling 59.2km/h

:( BUT , if u change the diameter of the tyre ( 205/45/16 become 205/40/16 ). Then the angular velocity of the wheel will not match the speedo calculation.

 That y some of ppl get speed cam fines without over the legal speed limit , bcoz of they changed the tyre profile.

The best offset of Integra is 42 . if u go for 40 , the tyre MIGHT scratch the roll guard rubber . And l guess offset 40 is the Max limit for DC2......
