hey guys, i just bought a custom intake arm, unfortunately the plug doesn't seem to line up. i bought a line to replace it but i cant get the original plug off..

little help please..

yea i know.. but theres really only 1 plug on the intake arm, going from the arm to the engine.

nope, hence the plug doesn't line up.

get hot water on the original plug and try yanking it off

boil water and simply pour over it? it's not a sensor or anything is it? i noticed it's a metal line. im replacing it with a rubber line.

yes agree Ross lol pics needed. Aftermarket is usually rubber tubing

definitely use hot (boiling) water man
it'll expand the rubber

no idea but it still has the rubber ends on either end lol

i had this problem, as i didn't want to remove the metal arm, i connected the rubber hose up to the intake side of the metal arm, and got a connector for the rubber hose to the intake. the only thing is either you cut the hose short enough or you wrap it around the intake to take up the slack.
hope that helps if not get some pics up or see if you can change it for the proper model.

yea i know what you mean quang, i was thinking of doing that my the flow isnt free, too much bends.
