12months of your life in japan
the going price of an EK9 there
the price of petrol/servicing for that 12 months in japan
the price it is to import it here
rego papers
compliance papers

my friend in Brisbane has a champ white one for sale with 5zigen headers.

selling for $22k i believe.

hi dc5ive ,

as l know ,due to the Australia Import Rules and ADR's r being retified, now is very difficult to import a JDM car into Australia anymore. coz as l heard my fren told me , alot of JDM car b4 2000 r not matching up the ADR's rules ( but not very sure what actually is that.... if u really want to know , l can help u to ask my fren )

coz one of my fren is working in Melbourne vicroad office told me...

but l also wish u could import 1 and show us in Ozhonda , and let us envy to ur sexy EK9~~!!!

Japspec importers had a Civic Type R........for sale someone here posted it on the fourms a while ago they were lookin for about 33g and 50000km on it

Noticed that, does it have history? Cos it doesn't have the original CTR front bar, looks like it just has a GLi front bar on it...

yeah, and the funny thing is, it has cxi/gli/vti/vtir gear knob and gaiter. the mat is obviously missing too.

the front bar has a side molding too, type r doesn't have one. the photos don't show the rear view as well..weird..

gwahahaha..!! last time I even turned down the $26,000 nighthawk black ek9 with mugen gold wheels.

If I had the money, I will take it then and there. It's a very nice car EK9 :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
