GLi Fuel Filter

Does anyone know where the fuel filter in a 2001 Civic GLi is located? I suspect it is under the rear seat given that I can't find it anywhere else. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

lol there a c*nt to take out..lol.. but if its in tank fuel filter i think u change it at 40,000 and 80,000km
