is it wise to have that much power running through the front?

i dont doubt the fact that itll be a bitch to put it to the ground even with an lsd....the guy i spoke of above apparently got wheel spin on the dyno at 17psi without lsd on the rollers

thats the power range i was thinking about when i thought of a turbod H22A type S...
P.s FLY its defenately not wise to have that much power going to the front wheels lol

stealth... there are several cars here state side making 400+hp at the wheels in stock internalled turbo h22's... not something I would suggest anyone goes for, but proves it's a rather stout motor.
Even if you take into account the questionable ideas about american dynos reading 18-20% higher, this is still a very high number.

so they havnt even touched the bottom end???
i always heard u need to sleave the h22 for any sort of boost application unless u like blowing up motors

Of course u can run boost on a stock h22a,
Its no different to any other motor,
Tune her right, and ull get results :)

afaik, you need to sleeve the motor for any sort of forged internal set up, due to a difference in the materials of the stock sleeves, or something along those lines.
There's really no reason that is necessary for running any boost though.

That's right. The H series have FRM sleeves (fibre reinforced material) and any forged piston will erode the sleeve. Darton sleeves and others are steel replacements that with-hold the piston wear.
There was alot of blown motors in US a few years ago purely due to poor fuel management, i think the guys now are better equipping the management with ECUs etc and are getting more power and more reliability from stock blocks. Honda don't make weak engines it doesn't supprise me people can pump 15psi into a stock bottom end with no inherent problems with the right setup
