hey

the guys who changed the CV joint probably ****ed up and did not put on the pulse ring of the old joint onto the new joint.

now the ABS ECU only sees 3 wheels turning not 4 so ABS light on

simple fix

tap the ring of the old joint and then tap it on the new joint

if you have thrown the old joint away, then you migth be in a bit of strife

measure the clearence between the WSS and the ring, they should line up and have no more than 3mm cleance,

check the ABS ECU for codes
