HEy i was just wondering if any of the parts that bolt onto the RSX type S can just be bolted on to our Aussie spec DC5 type R's. What is the difference between the two engine wise. To me i believe they are the same motor.

Same motor..different internals
Bolt on bits will fit..except maybe the header (depending on brand) because the aussie front swaybar will be in the way (different LCAs)

Yeap I also think this is the case with the JDM headers as well. Hence people changing there front swaybar as well when getting headers !!

Same motor...
Same internals...
Different engine management system...
The US model has to comply with stricter emission regs etc

Re headers...
Same as US, sway bar change is required...
Reason... Pressed steel lower arms etc Vs JDM forged alloy components.
