Hi,

Firstly my dizzy had a whirring noise coming from it...then it started missing....opened it up and the rotor had a bit of play in it http://www.honda-acura.net/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif the mechanic without investigating it further said needs to change the dizzy...is their anything we can fiz like a bearing of some sort ?

How can i check if i have internal or external coil if i need it replaced....dizzys are quite expensive in australia...!!! if i get a recycled part off a half-cut what should i watch out for ?http://www.honda-acura.net/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif

Thanks

if u get a second hand one it may not be far off having similar problems.

a good auto elec should be able to reco it to amazing condition, better than buying a new one
