hey people ive tried the search for my answer.. but no luck
i was wondering if any one would know teh piping size for the air filter of a 2001 crv?

i might be better if u can just measure it ... r u tryin to get SRI or sth for it?

ahah do i measure from tha out side or the inside of the piping?..
btw.. you think theres a shortshift for a 01 model crv? LOL

by right , you should measure the "inner diameter" of ur inlet pipe...

if ur thickness if the inner and outer is just 1mm only , then u can advoid the differece , coz the rubber can fit in with no Problem....

let say , if ur engine is B-series , usually the short shift design will be the same .....

Basically

SRI - filter still sits in the engine bay (shorter pipe length but is exposed to heat if not boxed)
CAI - filter sits where the resonator would be. (longer pipe, gets colder air but chance of getting hydrolock)

i dont have any pipes at all atm its just hanging off this hose thing
