It's an entry level monoblock amp

300wrms @ 2ohms.

Good enough for your 15" sub? who bloody knows.... lol
Maybe you've got a cheapo, maybe you've got a high end sub that shines when it's got ample power, maybe your sub is a SVC 4ohm (will work although a little low on power) or maybe your sub runs at 1ohm (not a good match for the particular amp and can cause damage!).

Hard to say since there isn't much info other than you've got a 15" sub.

JBL make very good stuff, even there entry level. These a CEA rated amps so 300W RMS @ 2Ohm is a Minimum Rating.

I install alot of these amps and I highly recommend anythin JBL.
