For an oz spec DC2R does anyone know if they are OBD2A or OBD2B? It's a 99 model DC2R.

oops z10 is right, for some reason the ITR didnt go OBD2b

july 1999 to 2001 = obd2b

Hmmm now this is confusing....
Don't obd2b cars use a second 02 sensor? As far as I can see (exhaust system wise) the DC2 ITR only uses one?

all OBD2 cars should have a secondary O2 sensor after the cat

Do you mean all OBD2B cars should have a secondary 02 sensor after the cat?
If so then DC2R is definitely OBD2A.
no, i mean all OBD2 cars, whether they are OBD2a or OBD2b, should have the secondary O2 sensor.

Hmmm AFAIK DC2R doesn't have an 02 sensor after the cat. Or I could just be blind, but I am pretty sure.

farkkkk... is anyone gonna answer this question properly? I'm getting all confused and I have no fricken idea what the diff between these ECU's are anyway.

i got a aus spec dc2r and the only o2 sensor present in the exhaust system is plug into the extractor.

Exactly so DC2R is OBD2A/OBD2.
