hid=high intensity discharge headlights... basically completely different than those... bmw's and such some with them

to properly put hids into those headlights, you'd need to change the projectors inside of them for some designed for hids

so would you know the difference if i change my stock headlights to the above headlights?

what are the noticable differences?

no differences...
but if you put HID, you'll have the bright white lights like the euro lux...

not necessarily true... most of the aftermarket headlights use very low quality projectors, so the light output ends up being a lot less than your stock lights. Find out what bulb they use... if they use something like an H1, H7, etc, you should be ok... if they use an H3 bulb, stay away.
