i think it's time to do some upgrade to the euro's handling now, i read before everyone seems to have different setting, can anyone give me a complete list of parts needed to eliminate / or at least reduce body roll in euro?
prefer something stiffer but not too harsh on tram road, but bear in mind i still have my 16", will this be a problem? thanks

Have a look at some coil overs mate. Ones like the Tein basics and Tanabe sustec pro SOC's are aimed at street performance and hence they are not harsh in any way, but definately firmer. If you buy from the states, they will set you back about $1k or so. I think YFIN has the TSX (yanky euro) A-spec suspension, which is a honda sport suspension that sits about an inch lower all the way round too. This will set you back about $1k too.
Try a rear sway bar too. They will give you less body roll, but the huge benefit is way better turning and front end grip.
Then there is stuff like front strut bar and lower tie bars.
PS. do a search on http://tsx.acurazine.com/forums/ for the things I have mentioned for a better idea.

Coilovers are good(plenty of adjustment) but can be a bit noisy.IMO Koni or Bilstein shocks are the way to go.

Occasional squeaking when you are driving on anything less than a smooth road.I have never had coilovers but this is what i was told when i lowered my car from a few suspension fitters!!!!

i guessing he is refering to the noise that the rubber on the links makes when the car is to low....
u can change them to heavy duty ones and it will stop.

Not sure what they meant. So i played safe and went the conventional shock and spring option!I wanted it to be as quiet as std.!!

coilovers making noises?
if they are making a noise id be taking them back. unless they are 2nd hand. mostly it will be the pillowball mount worn slightly to make a rattle, but if the damper is making a noise its probably been leaking also and needs a rebuild.
but anything that is new requires lubrication and to be done again down the track. new bushings WILL squeak if you dont lube them up properly when installed.

Like i said previously i wasn't sure as i've never had coilovers so i played it safe and had shocks and springs fitted.

shock and springs is a rip off
just go for coilover
this is the only way to go as coilover is only around $1300 nowaday and springs alone may cost up to $400 at least unless u got Kings springs
lower a car will make the car a bit noise I think as your car is lower to the ground than standard however I cant see shock and springs can get away from this.
you wont regret to get coilover.

i think also another advantage of coilovers over matched shock/spring combo is that some coilovers have height, damper and camber (depending on the car) adjustments whereas springs etc are fixed rates / damper settings

The Euro runs coilovers on standard, but I'm sure when people say getting coilovers is better, they mean adjustable coilovers.
Anyway, I don't see the reason for writing off the Spring and Shock package.
There are so many crappy adjustable coilovers out there that are made in china and the brand isn't even well known. The shocks in adjustable coilovers don't last that long due to its smaller dimensions, they are normally too hard and too high a K for normal driving and fairly noisy, and combined with the problem that some of their manufacturing quality is questionable... I mean, I just wouldn't trust those cheap packages under $2000, as they could fail and you'll plough into oncoming traffic :( They're also noisier.
Afterall if the Spring and Shock package is suitable for your ride, you don't really need to adjust anything! The Evos and STis run performance spring and shocks and even if you upgrade them from factory, they still run spring and shocks. There is nothing wrong with them lol!

18s are just for looks,IMO.Spend your money on some good 17''tyres +rims. Also cheaper when it comes to buying new tyres.

about the pillow ball mounts, are they neccessary for hondas?Well depends on what you want to do with your car.
I would say benefits are easy adjustment of camber (if you get adjustable camber ones!) and it also makes the feeling way more direct with what the suspension is doing as it is not soft rubber.
