D2 Adjustment Help

Hey everyone, i just got myself a set of D2 Coilovers, it didnt come with any instructions as to how to adjust the thing, ive installed it into my car today... and now my back is lower then my front, the rears looks like its on the lowest settings i think while the front still has two finger gaps.

Im just wondering how do you guys go about in adjusting these coilovers.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
