hey guys, i need ur help on how to install lowered springs onto a dc2r.
i heard it can be dangerous if u dont know what ur doin.
does anyone here know how to do it?

you need a clamp.. to clamp the springs then other stuff is basic ;D
clamp springs whil u take current ones of..
clamp springs while u put them on..
make sure when u release the clamp u do it slow or the spring can bounce and smack ya on the face:D

lol just do it with teh shocks facin away from u,
and buy sping compressors,

but the real problem is i dun knwo the torque settings wen tightening the nuts!
where can i get this info from?
does each car and spring have a different torque setting?

dont think so.. pretty sure its plug and play.. might need someone to align your rims.
but dont take my word for it ;D
any1 know anything bout torque wrench settings?
when tightening nuts.

if ur unsure about it, just take it to a machinc it can b done in 1hr or so, cost around $100~150
a DIY might take a full day..... + u hav to get all the tools if u dont already hav em
yea i think thats my best bet.

u could do sum damage
although alot of ppl take a chance with DIY, i woodnt
call me paranoid, but suspension is no joke, u could be in deep shit if it aint properly fitted....so take it to a pro
as mentioned, no more than $150 for install

suspension is held by 2 bolts on top and one going through down the bottom....
in total 3 bolts...i havent done many but i would do it agen........not as big of a job as many may think..
hardest bits are probably taking the top bolt off the suspension is tight as..but with a bit of muscle should b a problem...
plenty of DIY so just follow them and u'll b a o k
