I think i know what he means.
Are you half way through accelerating and then suddenly the car decideds to back off a bit and then sorta continue going but not like it used to??
i think i had that a few times... wen im accel i can feel the either level out or decrease for a split moment...
its not linear...
and going from 80 to 100 took some work sometimes... had trouble accel...
doesnt happen anymore for some weird reason...

DAMN!
Don't drive ya car man. Check the ECU for codes. Chances are you've got a faulty crank position sensor or something else serious. (timiing etc)

nah it aint the exhaust system %100 sure..
basically what i have done. is take injectors out and change the fuel..
it goes back to normal after 2 mins of driving.. it wont go faster than 20kms!

So it changes after the engine has warmed up?
if you are confident you have tried everything you can goto a honda mechanic

injector filter?
or you mean regulator?

theres this clear piece of plastic in the injectors which filter the petrol off,
basically 3 of em were missing
oil ring is the ring around the injectors to your engine.. it wasnt sealed properly.
so basically just gta buy these pieces or someone selling injectors system
