Renewing bumper mould possible?

Hey guys not sure if in the right section but i have these massive scratches on the black strips of my bumper ('89' da9) and im wondering if it is possible to renew them some how. I have tryed using wet'n'dry but it just leaves a white mark around the scratch. If you have any suggestions can you please let me now

tape them up and respray them.. turns out like brand new !

I heard my friend mentioned before about using shoe polish.. Not too sure how that will turn out...

theres a paint called bumper bar black they sell in a can at supercheap auto
i used that on my front lip... came up very nice, and i've scratched the lip again and the paint hasnt flaked or nothing
if like mine u have deep scratches and that then use the bumper bar prime first... it fills in the imperfections and that.. then lightly sand it
both cans are right next to each other in the spray section

yeh, ricer's one of the pickiest bastards with his car, everything has to be perfect lol

1. Buy JDM Side Moldings
2. Respray Black - Sandpaper down so there smooth and primer/paint
3. Respray Colour Coded - Same as above.

*EDIT* Or for a quick fix...Use the black tire spray you normally spray your tires with...you can use it on black plastic's aswell.

took your advice and resprayed them in the bumper black. Looks way better now. Looked so good decided to respray my front lip and door mouldings as well. Thanks

nah dont want to colour code them as i have black housing halo hl, and my ek sideskirts are black.
