If the car seems to be driving ok,descent gas mileage, etc, then have a good hard look at the O2 sensor.

O2 sensor is on the pipe before the cat converter.

you will want to check out the O2 sensor. it migth be a bit lazy.

also make sure you fuel filter isnt realy old and that you have a good clean air filter.

reset the ecu, it might just go away. but if it comes back have a close look at your 02 sensor.

Theres 2,one in front of cat & one after, well thats where they are on a B18C,assuming yours similar.

U need the ECU-MAN or similar to give ya testing info, ive never looked into it personally.

Assuming ya running a clean air filter also?

EDIT: lol, well here he is now

will check o2 sensor.

if it is the o2 sensor that would make sense cause the cat recently got replaced could of the exhust shop have bumped it when welding it on or isnt it that easy to knock?

I don't think "visibly" without even taking the o2 sensor out you can make a judgement on how it's condition is

as above,

you have to test the output voltage from the O2 sensor in relation to what the engine is doing.

looking at it only confirms no one stole it :)

i had some code on my car. i went to the wrecker and got a new o2 sensor, fixed it.

the wrecker gave me a warranty on the sensor too
