Help - how to take our the parker lights in a CJ 98 Accord V6 Luxury?

Hi all,

I have done searches already, but cannot find any help to remove the parket lights for my V6-L - have found where they are but they are too bloody hard to remove...there's some grease on them but impossible to remove...any help?

Some pictures might be good too...many thanks.
