Headlight crap removal

Hey guys, just wondering if there is a way to get rid of that layer of crap that gets on the plastic cover of headlights without sanding. Is there some sort of cleaner i can buy that will do this?

Lol i saw that thread but thought it was for how to make integra headlights brighter so didnt open it. Thanks for that

I just bought a tin of that brite shine stuff to try get rid of the haze on my civic but its not really working :S

I just used a bit of polish - I had some meguirs stuff and rubbed it on top and buffed it off....much clearer now.

cut n polish is good if you have it lying around.
