how long can a suspension last

considering on purchasing a set of tein HA suspension for dc5r, it's running about 30,000 kms....any comment tat i need to considered?

roughly on standard shocks its best to replace it after 100 000 k's
coilovers are firmer so i would say no more then 50 000 k's more then standard

it also depends on how the car has been driven, hits bumps alot? takes corners hard? and so on...

now i had another option...tein flex used for 15000kms sounds good right??i mean should can used longer
