Running a full length aftermarket radiator and headers in a ek

Anyone here is or knows of anyone running this set up in there ek's just need to know will there be any clearance issue between the radiator and the headers and yes with aircon aswell.

Take in consideration , your AC will be pushed closer (and slightly rerouted) to your header OR you can consider rerouting your AC cooler to the inner of the front bumper maybe ~ cut out the front bumper abit and customize it !

The full length radiator will fit too ~ but measure up the distance of your chosen header with the rad + ac ofcourse before installation :)
I use a full length ITR radiator on my EG , and only use 1 fan. the other was too close and isnt needed.

well for ek's its running half a radiator with the air con on the other side.

You'll need to drill out the old mounts and weld on new ones. You'll also need to figure out how you gona run the air con setup.

Not worth all the hassle IMO. Just buy a half core koyo racing radiator

dont worry bout full length one Perry, just get Just get Koyo half size one in thicker size and oil cooler.

theres no need for one really...
u can get a dual core half length one that will be ample for even the most modded NA motor...

Ive searched HT and there is little or nothing on EK's with full ength radiators - alot on EG's tho so my guess is its a similar story.

don't save your money for something else. Unless you know what your doing then its pointless.
