I want to know if anyone has tried a machined throttle body or an upgraded throttle body and what is the cost

AEBS do a very nice cast alloy 65mm TB these days and think they will cost you around $250 landed here in Australia.Give me a little bit and I will find you a link for them.

i got mine bored from 60 to 63mm by a guy in QLD for $140 return shipped...
but this is on a B20VTEC...

im gonna get the entrance of the tb bored out, but leave the butterfly valve the same, so essentially like a funnel kinda effect. costs 100 bux. top end power will be basically the same, but throttle response and low range power is a good improvment.

Edelbrock FTW @ $375USD. Look for Spoon, BBK, Edelbrock, Skunk2, and a few others.

prob not, the ecu may not be able to compensate

As long as you use a Honda TPS you'll be fine. The Spoon and Edelbrock come with one and it is already calibrated. Well worth the money. I have installed many and never had the ECU throw a code.
