Tail light, Parkers and License Plate light no working

hi guys,

while i was changin the parker lights i pulled one of the bulbs out while lights was still turned on. :thumbdwn:

now my tail lights, dash light, license plate light and parkers dont work nemore.

i checked the fuse and it was fine, i even replaced it just in case.

i was hoping sumone on here might know whats wrong with it before i take it to the mechs

I cant see how removing a light while its on could damage anything, unless it somehow shorted POS to NEG or POS to Earth when u removed the bulb.

The fuse first comes to mind, are you sure you changed the correct one? Check all the other fuses (the box in the Engine bay and the box under the Dash) just in case. Car circuits can be misleading sometimes.

Hopefully the wires didnt burn out or burn and short another wire or something. Make sure the fuse is the correct rating. If its too high, it wont fuse quick enough and can damage the wires.

Sometimes the actual bulb holder can burn up and short, so check those as well.

U may wanna use a multimeter on the bulb connector contacts to ensure the positive and negative wires are correct.
