cai from d15b and d16y same?

Im pretty sure it will as i have both motors at home and they look pretty much the same so i reckon it will

the d16y7 intake manifold design is completely different than the d15/d16z6/y8 design. A y7 intake will not fit without being cut up.

D15b is a carbed engine isnt it ? Its filter is located ontop of the carb.
Totally different to the (efi) d16y

the jdm d15b was offered in the eg chassis... pretty much a D16z6... sohc vtec, efi, etc.

maybe so, but in a world where parts from the US are super cheap, and it's not uncommon for someone over there to import them, it's worth keeping in mind

I got a d15b vtec engine 2... y is it when i look for such parts like the air filter, i can never find anything when i look for vtec, the only thing closest i can find to it is a d16??? why is this?
