There are cable to hydro and vice versa kits available from a few manufacturers. Hasport is one of them.

I don't know why you're looking at a b16a from a CRX as opposed to a newer one from a local Civic, but from my experience I can tell you that almost all aftermarket drivetrain products are made for the hydraulic transmissions. If you can steer towards hydraulic without it inconveniencing you too much, that would probably be a better course of action.

**** cable transmissions.. they are harder to get clutches for
i prefer the hyrdo feel too.. much more smooth, cable is kinda on and off jolty feeling

another big thing you must consider with half cuts is their ecu setup
cable transmission almost always means obd0

so if you ever wanna go to something like a hondata you will need to spend money on new dizzy, stuffing around with harness's and o2 sensors etc
which ='s $$$ and annoyance
