I have searched and found nothing so far.
How do I get the bloody studs out of the manifold for the throttle body and fuel rail??
Have tried RP7 and they won't budge.
If I can't do this reasonably easily my next question will be where can I get replacement studs in Brisbane.

well i have one easy way of taking the studs out from it.. i thnk the stud size is a 14mm so wat ever it is ie 12 or 14 get that size nut.. well get the two nuts screw them in the stud and tighten them against eachother so it goes hard.. then try put ur ring spanner on the outside nut and turn it to the left and it should start moving slowly then just keep turning it to go out, then to remove the two nuts from the stud u just get two 14 spanners or whatever and turn one spanner to the left and one to the right and ur done.
ive done it, its easy

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I thought there'd be an easy way.
I don't really want to fork out on new studs.

The studs are actually some of the cheapest parts to get. Like 75 cents USD! I would just get new ones and use pliers to get the old ones out. If you don't want new ones the two nut idea works too. Sometimes they still twist though. So load the stud up with a bunch of nuts and use the bottom one to take them out. If you all really need a DIY I can make one up quick!

this exactly how you do it. but i use an open spanner and turn the bottom nut rather than the top.
