Cheers all, sorry for the short intro, I was at work and trying to sneak in the rego because of non web based email addresses :P

Any hoo,
Looking at getting either the red or blue (the missus wouldn't let me get silver) manual sports, fairly well optioned up. I'm just waiting for my novated lease to be approved by the leasing company.

I live on the Eastern side of Melbourne, rack up around 500k's a week through work travel. I'm hoping to get the car on a Friday or something so I can rack up the first 1000km's on a weekend, anyone keen to join me?

Other than that, I've currently got a 92 Nissan NXR that I'll hopefully sell off, a 2002 Suzuki SV650S and an RGV unregistered waiting to be rebuilt.

Cheers guys.

Spicey: You must be reading the missuses mind...she wants me to get rid of the RGV

The most frustrating thought about this lease vehicle is that I can't do any mods to it. I am a big believer in getting a K&N filter minimum for all vehicles, makes the car breathe so much better.

Pics will definitely come, but lets hope I am not getting too far ahead of myself :)

Great news everybody!!! (gotta love Futurama)

I pickup my car from Essendon Honda on December 7. I've gotta decide if I'll take a flexi day and cruise all day or if I will pick it up after work. Who's up for a cruise sometime, somehow on Thursday or the weekend?

It's going to be a bluish silver Sports manual, optioned up with F&R mudguards, bonnet and headlight protectors, roofrack, tow bar, side trim garnish, seat covers, floor mats, interior "bling" lights.

I've already stacked 400k's on the car already, it's good fun. The engine is pretty peaky, you can feel a kick at 3grand, gonna wait until I get 1000km on the clock before I give it a real bootful.

It's quiet on the road, a bit of noise through the tyres though. The steering response is like a gokart, must be the small steering wheel.

The stereo is good, haven't tested the MP3 player yet. The best I have heard for standard speakers, but to me they are lacking the higher end of midrange/top end.
