My car seems to be boiling quite often.. but it has never overheated until today. I flushed out and replaced the coolant 2 weeks ago..
Im pretty sure it doesnt have a cracked radiator.. and its releiving pressure and poouring coolant out of the reserve tank..
next thing to check would be the thermostat and thermostat switch and ensure my fans are working..
any other things i could check while im at it ? can a leaking head gasket cause this ?

all depends if youre losing coolant or not.
if your level is constant, then its pretty unlikely for it to be a headgasket, since you would be burning coolant, and if it was enough to make your car boil, youd definately notice a significant drop in level
id be going with fans, just go for a drive and park your car letting it idle, if the temp starts to go up and no fan comes on, you know thats the cause. this being said, if its overheating when youre driving on highways at constant speed, the fan wouldnt be on anyways, and its most likely thermostat stuck shut
when you flushed it, how did you do it?

I'd say check for air bubbles first.
Run the engine, turn on the heater, loosen the radiator cap (when cool of course!). Then turn off the engine, squeeze the upper and bottom radiator hoses to see if the level at the radiator cap rises when you squeeze. If it does, then it is ok. If it doesn't, then you have an air bubble somewhere. Repeat the idle with the cap loose.

yups.. check for air bubbles first.
see if you can see a bleed nipple, undo it slightly, and start your car, and let it run until it's a constant stream of coolant coming out, not sputters.
bleed nipple should be where your top hose goes to on the cylinder head.
if you don't have a bleed nipple.
jack your car up, put it on stands so the radiator cap is at the highest point of the cooling system, open your radiator cap, and start your car, let it idle, until you see that there is no bubbles left.

does your car have vtec? :o .. hahaha (its needs the wiper aids u wanted to get years ago  )
but on a serious note.. what your saying is your reserve tank is overflowing with coolant?
check coolant level. and see if you are loosing water anywhere.. (if yes, check hoses for leaks, also check for any blockages..)
check thermostat..
check cap...
what color was coolant that came out when you changed it..

Do what destrukshn (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/member.php?u=5257) mentioned ~ takes a good 1hr of your time tho waiting for the thermo fan to go on twice.
Then , consider either radiator testing or getting your waterpump looked at too - how manys ks ?

yeh im gonna try everything on the weekend.. actually i probably wont try it until it overheats again..
dunno how many kms on anything in my car as everything has been changed at different times.. except the shell of course..
if it does happen ill change the cap first (cheapest)
then thermostat.. (tested my fans and they are working)
i will update in the future !
thanks
