Trumpet Sound ??

As the title suggest.. my car (96' civic VTI sedan) today was making a trumpet kinda sound... well atleast thats what my mate said it sounded like... it happaned on the highway on the way 2 wakefield park... and it was farkn anoying !!

Only happaned higher speeds (100+) but not all the time :s


Im gona take it 2 mechanic but wouldnt mind some suggestions from the honda community :)

Nar it wasnt like that... it would make the noise randomly... but im sure it was the window as it never made this noise when open :)

is it like a hovering sounds.. wooo woo woo woo.. if so it could be ur window opend like alittle bit and causing that sound or maybe u have noisy tyres. or is it happenin when u accelerate could be ur airfilter lol

Hahaha, def not my air filter.. i just swapped my old pod for my stock box !

as previously said, might be your tires
some cheapy brand tires make that noise
especially nexen,autopro
check your sussy, if you are travling at high speeds and you hear that noise it might be because of your wheels or sussy

Yer i got sh!thouse Falken tyres atm which are now bold :(

but im gona get hooked up with some GT Radial from tyres 4 u this week so it all good in that department...

ill take it 2 the mechanic coz i couldnt diagnose what the problem myself :(
